    New manager needs to be in post asap. We’ll sell the 4 or 5 who attract interest. Anybody new manager wants to keep should be offered contract extensions so we have a basic squad. Hopefully new bloke will have nouce to sign a couple of midfielders and strikers. Top ten finish next season is best we can hope for.

    I think top 10 next season will be beyond my wildest dreams - I think if we can achieve 3 (or even more) seasons in league 1 with steady year on year improvement without further deterioration that will be an achievement - I have my fingers crossed
