I'm debating on which music streaming service to get which of Spotify or Amazon Music is most recommended.
I've got Amazon Music Unlimited and it's brill. I had Spotify free years ago but not used it since. Wouldn't have anything Apple if I was paid
I've had Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon Unlimited in the past. I currently use Spotify, due to the (in my use case) superior desktop capability
I used to have Spotify, the paid version so I didn't get adverts, but the recommendations they came up with were nothing like the genres I listen to and the way the recommendations were presented looked a lot like advertising to me (which I was paying to not see!). I switched to Google Music, got the family option and paying £15 a month, so me and 4 other people get ad-free music. Layout is straightforward, easy to use, can't fault it.
I'm really impressed with Spotify - signed up for a free trial for a specific purpose, and liked it so much that I decided to keep it. Didn't get on with amazon. I think they both do free trials - why not sign up to both and give them a spin?
I've had Spotify, Apple and Amazon and there's not much between them really. Currently using Amazon and perfectly happy with it.
The Amazon music via Prime isn't as good as Amazon unlimited. I changed when I signed up to Prime but ended up going back to unlimited.
i use deezer on 3 network, unlimited streaming if you have the "go binge" deal, also have others available inc apple music, no data used comes out of allowance, need to pay for ads removed and other functions to work, but only a 30 second disruption every 3 or 4 songs, i use it 2 or 3 hrs per day at work
