    The number of police & the cordons on the street under the flyover near the train station was ridiculous today. If anything the cordons just kettle fans together.

    No more than 200 away supporters at best. Never gonna be any trouble. Great overtime for them.

    They do more harm than good IMO. Yes, you need policing, but this is a total joke.

    I've just walked through the bus station . Outside about 20 young teenagers who were Romanian threatened to stab me and slit my throat . I stood up to them until the bus station staff escorted me away . Apparently do it every night . One bloke was beaten up this week by them. The police did not turn up . South Yorkshire police have been a disgrace for the last 15 year . They need to be disbanded and a new force needs to be brought in . They are cowards and pathetic

    It was quite obvious pal . Plus the bus station staff told me . Hats off to those people they get no support at all . One of the reason I stepped in firstly .

    Then the bus station staff need to tell their employers they’ll refuse to deal with this if their safety is at stake. Shame they’re not in a Trade Union

    Your right pal . To be honest they don't deal with it . As one bloke said to me, I'd love to crack them but I'd lose my job. These kids are animals, feral and have no respect for anything . Personally I would get them in a ring and show them some values . However, todays namby pamby left wing won't allow it .

    That’s being silly now isn’t it. There is no one that would condone gangs wielding knives and such causing trouble at the interchange. If you want to get political then a left-wing govt wouldn’t make the cuts to the police that means they don’t have the resources to attend these incidents. Also, If you attend, or are involved with running a boxing club why don’t you invite them down and channel their aggression there, it’s not like this sort of thing doesn’t happen up and down the country

    The staff in the bus station were far more critical of the police than I've been .
