Young Alfie plays in the Sheffield league today is a 'silent' match as in coaches and supporters are asked other than clap to well be silent. Not sure how I feel about this having been to just about every match for 4yrs and I honestly say that only on one occasion did feel like the comments got out of hand it feels like as always the minority are spoiling it for the majority.
Not totally sure put a video out suggesting confusing messages going out to kids but I can say at Alfie's club the coaches coach we just encourage just sad the league feel this necessary as football not ment to be silent
I coached U11s this morning, we heard about this..... we coached them like normal, both sides did. They come out with some bizarre things.
