    I heard they tried to copy us recruitement wise but it hasn't worked so far for them. We've signed yiadom from Barnet and Angus and they both long like good players so far. I know its a long process but still... The only young player I thinkthey have penned is chappy on loan and to be honest he's not that special. Your thoughts???

    Yeah it sounded like they were trying to copy our model - and then they signed Leon Clarke. Not really sure what that was about.

    what they havent grasp is its not an overnight process and things will get worse before they get better and they want promotion this season - they cant have both unless they are lucky. it took us 2-3 seasons to get things sorted out and even now we are still building.
