    If you lose your season pass do you just have to pay a small admin.fee to have it replaced?

    I would have thought so. Box office staff are usually very helpful ime.

    Do we know when loyalty points get added to the card? Every plus member gets I believe 70 points but the online eticketing account still says zero.

    I usually lose my season ticket a couple of times a season.

    The box office charge a fiver to replace it. It happens so often that I now get: You again?

    Remember once having to take my season ticket book that went through the wash and was in pieces. Was taken into a backroom and interviewed by Don Rowing. Had to keep visiting Oakwell to get a replacement ticket match by match incase someone tried to attend a game with my season ticket book. Right pain in the Harris. Fiver seems fair to me!

    I think it's well worth paying a fiver to avoid being taken into a backroom with Don Rowing

    You really should get a grip on yourself. I have supped the finest wines known to humanity day in & out for the last 15 seasons & have only lost my virginity recently in a bus timetabling mix up.
