I dont think we won a header in the opposition penalty box all game, corners and free kicks were pretty much a goal kick to derby
That was a terrific header at Millwall but he may as well not have been on the pitch tonight. Halfheartedly challenged for a few balls and that was it.
That is a fair point actually.... He's obviously not a workhorse like chaplin but there is no place in our team for passengers, he offered nothing. Its glaringly obvious our major problem (apart from defence) is the midfield! Woodrow was forever dropping deep just to try and get service and get on the ball.
Said for weeks that he offers little outside the box but his finishing inside it is very good. He'll probably score a shed load if we go down. Where's this million pound figure come from? I can't remember seeing anything like that when we signed him.
And he was brought in cos we sold Moore. Said it a thousand times but how much better would we be now with Keiffer in team. Just someone to hold it up and link it with smaller faster players around him....
Struber not getting his tactics through to this lad by the looks of it, but then neither did the other 2 men in the hot seat.
