    I'm pretty good at it already. I reckon I stand at least once every day and I only fall down every month or so and that's usually when I combine standing and moving. And beer.

    I find standing slowly these days is a safe bet, otherwise I get the dizzy head syndrome.

    I think I have Exploding Head Syndrome too. Not as bad as it sounds.

    Tried it Anfield when I attended a charity game with my daughter - would prefer a seat in my advancing years but I can see the appeal in them
