    Great story . Footballers get a rough ride sometimes for not being connected to the fans but stories like this show the real caring and humane side to them.

    Good on Ryan ... once a red always a red (and Aberdeen play in red too so he’s sorted )

    Sure he will tear it up in Scotland and the level being much lower. Never did anything of note at BFC

    Nice to see he made a connection with a BFC fan.

    I think it's the fact that he was willing to change his plans if he was needed that struck me. Very selfless of him.
