I want Matty James, because, well, he's better at playing football than I am at breathing. And we've got to have Callum Styles in as he's such a great young talent. Mowatt's the captain, he never stops running, he's first on the team sheet. And the way Palmer's played you can't leave him out. And we've got to find room for Kane after paying so much money for him.

Woodrow looks back to his best, he's got to lead the line. And you need Frieser's work rate. And when Frieser is running about like that he's going to create chances for Chaplin, who is going to convert, so he makes the team.

The three central defenders are a shoe in. Like a brick wall. So is Walton.

And I haven't even mention our best player yet: step forward Callum Brittain. If we're playing one wing back, we need another and when Jordan Williams returns to fitness he's indispensable.

If the football league don't let us play 14 players they're a bunch of fascist b*st*rtds.

Fantastic to be in the position of being unable to leave anyone out.

If we did get a big target man for nowt, who would you drop?

Mind you, if last night had gone different (for example if QPR had scored a couple when they dominated early on), most on here would be demanding that all 11 should be dropped....

Oduor has also been a fantastic force going forward. The amount of times he got in behind against Stoke, I was getting dizzy watching the defenders spinning around.

I actually think we’ve built a decent championship squad. We do lack pace up front, and possibly a plan B, Dykes kind of player but there’s absolutely no reason we can’t finish mid table this season.

Reading are top by 7 points and we hammered them before we had all 11 players sent off. And even then we were still the better team.

Start beating the crap teams and we might be alright this season. Not making bold predictions but I don't think there's anything to fear.

Imo we seem to have gone from struggling to fit square pegs etc , to having problems including renewed confident midfield players into the team.
A good problem to have imo.

It was so obvious that our quality in midfield was contributing to our poor performance. We've fixed that now, in spades, and other areas of the pitch look a lot better for it.

The challenge for our CB's is when they come up against more skilful players. I no longer feel nervous about playing the physical teams because I think it plays in to the hands of Helik, Madds and Soll who will try and win everything, but it becomes harder when they're faced with movement.

People keep talking about Mowatt's influence on games being down to James coming in, which it is, but it's also just not playing him as this defensive deep lying midfielder. Hard to not get carried away but with Wycombe and Wednesday cut adrift our aspiration now should be that mid-table position rather than just thinking there must be one other team we can finish above to stay up.

Mowatt sounds a lot happier on Twitter which can only be a good thing. Hope he signs that contract

Teams shouldn't be limited by player numbers but by height.
66 foot per team would get all 14 in and put the hairy arsed striker to bed too :D
