    I am not being disrespectful to the lad, he may be a very good player, but you have to ask the question, why did Rotherham utd, who were clearly the worst championship side in years, let him go out on loan to a division one side , when surely if he was championship class, they would have used him themselves.

    They were begging him to cut his loan short, but it couldn't happen. Their fans were gutted at him even going on loan in the first place.

    The difference is, that George was a new signing for us, but Smallwood had played the previous season for Rotherham, they new him well.
