Read on here last week that they'd be available for collection from tomorrow.

Just wondered if anyone had been in touch with the club in regards to expected delivery dates?

    Cheers in advance.

Yes they are. Just picked mine up. Loads going out in a royal mail van and the area in front of the box office was full of boxes with pre orders for collection.

How is it size wise compared to the modern shirts?

I just got the email saying it's been dispatched. Would have loved for it to have been here for the game tomorrow as the next game I can get to is Newcastle. But there was no estimated delivery so I got it to be delivered because I live outside Barnsley

I know this is going to be another club bashing post but that looks like a cheap market knock off. The badge is totally different, the admiral badge is totally different, the ora logo is totally different, they are made out of a different material too.

West stand bogs need to do another retro kit, their quality and attention to detail is light years ahead

Looks very much like the original, I'd say. Or at least the one I've still got that dunt fit anymore!

All the elements are there, they've just all been quite significantly changed.

The admiral badge now has a red border to it, that wasn't on the original.
The ora logo has had its font changed (look at the R and compare to the original, it's more cartoonised now), the original ora logo was raised quite significantly off the shirt this is now flat.
The club badge originally was made of a kind of felt material and was a solid badge with a solid red background, the new one is hollow and stitched into the shirt with no solid red background. It also looks to be a different shape but that could be my eyes.

All the elements are there but they are all significantly different to the original

Sacks of them were being loaded into a Royal Mail van about half four so could be with you tomorrow if Royal Mail do a good job.

Looks a quality 'replica' to me. They're a huge seller too. Win/win.

Something the fans asked for, yet again the club has listened and delivered.

I appreciate they'll get hammer because they'll probably be sold out soon, but it was advertised as 'limited' availability. And yes, they probably aren't 100% exact copies. As close as you'll find though, seeing as they're the only ones available brand new. Superb idea and great way to celebrate the 20 year anniversary of that stellar season.
