Renewed my season ticket today. Got to be opitmistic. I expect relegation but hope that important signings made in summer so that fellow supporters can start season 2018-2019 will be better than 2017-2018 which has been crap. COYRs
Just renewed mine as well. Will also look forward to the new season with hope far outweighing expectation as per usual. Would be kinda strange ( but fantastic) if we won Saturday and other results went our way.
I would love to think we will be in championship next season but my head tells me otherwise. I just hope all the hype about the new owners turns out to be correct. We shall see but not convinced. Hope springs eternal
Paid £640 for 2 adults and a child last night to renew. NOTHING would stop me from watching the Reds, and when ( wish I could say if) we go down we will plan some away match weekends as a family....have to find some joy amongst the misery...COYR!
Need to renew this weekend. I know I will be there and I don't want to pay the premium. But I have held back all month - for some reason I don't feel enthused about it and I resent being forced to make a decision now, before we even know what division we will be in, to avoid paying £70 extra. Its not even as if its a piffling surcharge, its a hell of a premium to pay and at £400 + the ticket would look much less appealing. I'll do it, but I'll resent doing it.
Returning home after renewing my ticket I listened to Bradshaw possible departure(what timing if its true!) and Jose's prematch chat on Radio Sheff. I just wish I could make head or tail of what the hell he was on about! Seems to talk elegant gibberish. Lots of buzz words.... Capacity.. Belief... Quality etc. Unfortunately the players and fans don't seem what quite to make of it. Whether it's the language thing I don't know but ******** is the same in all languages. I just hope the new owners put their hands I the pockets and we buy some quality players. After watching BFC for 50 years I am sceptical to say the least.
Really think the club need to rethink bumping the prices up. Imagine being relegated on Saturday them putting the price of season tickets up on Tuesday, who would buy one after the price increase?
Well I've just renewed. Thought I'd better do it now cos I might not feel like wanting to tomorrow Pah.
Can't wait for the threads on here complaining at the fairness of how Accrington away tickets can be handed out. Roll on next season.
