to be fair to our team. These are good young lads who can play football and will improve The only thing is they have joined a club with a policy that is not fair on them. They are being asked to play against a lot of players who have experience and know how. Their managers know how to break our young team down. It is not fair to blame them as I am sure they are trying their best and will sooner rather than later become demoralised. I blame the whole stupid set up and decision to go for youth. It reminds me of the joke where the young bull says to the old bull... Look at them cows down there, let's run down and shag one.... The old bull said lets Walk down and shag them all. Nuff said...
I think most fans blame the board and not the players for this mess. I know that I do and from reading posts on here I think I'm in the majority.
Daniel was asked by Dee dar today if he thought the players had let him down and he answered yes. Not sure if translation confused him or what but that’s what he said .
I heard that and he did say yes, but he also followed it by saying that that were all feeling down in the dressing room. Think it was more to do with not quite hearing or understanding what he had been asked
The big question is can Stendel keep them going. If so they might just improve enough to start getting a few points. They have showed they can outplay teams for 30 minutes, and if he can get them playing as good for an hour then we might just escape. That is if our **** board do not sell any in Jan.
