Better than reading your mundane posts that often pull our Town and its people down. As well as your obsession with 'shall we say people who have arrived from foreign countries. You should go along you might learn some humility and see at first hand a politician who cares about people and doesn't resolve to gutter press type tactics to pull others down. Oh, and get a Feckin life.

Thing is I'm neither pro or anti Corbyn, There's plenty of nasty horrible politicians out there that support nasty horrible policies that largely effect the lives of many ordinary people, yet too many follow sheep-like the anti-Corbyn rhetoric. Agree with him or not, it's refreshing to have a politician that goes against the grain of so many of the scum that are in Parliament and their media conspirators.

Like the BBC? 'Traingate' lasted a whole day before it was bollocksed. And it's still the only thing JC haters have got on him.

There are rational arguments to be found against Corbyn, but that would require a certain amount of insight and intellect. Which, if they are not prepared to keep up on petit issues such as a crowded train, it's unlikely they'll be clued up on anything worth serious discussion. :)

As I understood it, he was looking for two seats together, but couldn't find any. He walked to the end the train and by that point when he returned further up the train there were no seats left. The fact people were stood and sat on the floor has been confirmed by others on the same train.

Quite what Virgin were doing fishing through footage to find this, and then use it to attack Corbyn is a matter for the information commissioner, as it quite clearly breaks CCTV laws.

It was an attempt at spin by the Corbyn camp. It backfired. Lame excuse. Any rational couple would have taken 2 free seats the second they saw them on a busy London line train.

I'm neither for or against Corbyn, but this smacked me as him being told to do something because it'd look good in the press. His 'eating a bacon sarnie' moment you could say.

As for cctv laws, you a probably right. Not that Branson will get touched for it.

If it's spin then why are their numerous complaints journey in journey out, day in day out ,week in week out, month in month out, year in year out ?
Or is it spin by weary overcharged fed up regular non first class paying computers/passengers ?

It's not an excuse it's just the facts. People weren't sitting on the floor for a laugh. The other passengers confirmed Corbyn's version of events and several made themselves available for interview strangely the press were uninterested.

Woah hold on. It's only my opinion. Backed up by cctv evidence of him walking by empty unreserved seats.

I've been that passenger sat in the footwell from Kings Cross only getting a seat at Retford. Of course it happens on almost every journey in and out of London. Which makes it even more baffling as to why he decided to walk by empty seats for which he and his wife could have sat in. Unless of course this was Corbyn's first busy train journey and he just got confused.

Anyone would think that we don't want an efficient, affordable, nationally owned rail system.. Some would rather have a shoddy, over-priced service to line the pockets of greedy gets like Branson and other international investors sucking money out the country. Odd that the right wing Brexit camp feels like this. They must be more terrified of Jez that we thought.
