    Serious question, does Rev Preedy have any living descendants? Also are they aware of the work you do and Bfc.
    Apologies if this has been covered before.
    Well done and thank you, the grave looks excellent,I'm sure Finchley Council will be pleased as well.

    Rev Preedy had no direct descendants, but there was an elderly great niece was still alive and was contacted by the Trust at some point in the distant past but she didn't know the relevance of her great uncle to Barnsley Football Club. In 2008 when we were looking at restoring the damage done to the grave, Paul Waddington spoke with the Memorials Administrator from Islington Council and it was determined that nobody really owned the grave and they were more than happy for us to repair the damage that had been done, providing it was tasteful and respectful of the original design
