Poya's team formation started off as 442 with Vic slightly behind Cole. Kitchin and Williams as full backs.
Brittain and Vita wingers on their wrong sides to cut in on to their stronger foot. Styles and Palmer centre midfield.

Moon and Vic struggled replaced by Morris Hondermark, meaning Kitching moved centre and Brittain dropped to left back. Kitching was poor in the centre of defence they kept at 442 for a while but didnt stay like it for the whole game.
Hondermark dropped centre of a back 5 to help out Kitching, Vita Morris and Cole as a forward 3 Palmer and Styles loosely patrolling the middle. Formation finished up a 523. / 532.

What Ive learned from today is we are stronger when we are a 442, My team would be

    Collins
    Williams Helik Anderson Kitching
    Brittain Styles Hondermark Vita
    Woodrow Morris

I would switch Brittain and Vita to their natural sides.

If Woodrow and Helik are off then their replacements need to be Halme in defence and Oulare upfront if either are ever fit enough because Vic Cole Iseka havent shown enough to not give Oulare a go but more urgent would be to bring in a new striker.
Same defensively Kitching Moon Sibbick cant play centre defence so Halme needs to be given a go or again need to bring in new.
We clearly missed Woodrow Helik and Collins today
Also i saw a new captain in Morris, some great goals, desire to keep fighting to the end and a few Barnsley players that wouldnt get in to the Barrow side.
