    As punishment for not believing in @Stephen Dawson thread a really weird thing's just happened. My phone was on my bed when I went downstairs and I could hear noise coming from it. Went back up and it was playing radio Sheffield which I hadnt put on but it was really muffled and going on and off. Closed all the tabs but it was still playing . Only way to shut it up was to switch it off completely.!

    Has this ever happened to anyone else!? Explanations?

    If it is paranormal most likely a poltergeist they can mimic voices and sounds as well as moving objects.

    That's really wierd Helen. I've got a Samsung Galaxy and it won't play the radio unless there are headphone plugged in the socket, hence it wouldn't be playing the radio "out loud" anyway.

    I'd just put it down to a glitch, and if it happens again maybe do a factory reset

    My BBC iplayer plays by itself after I try to switch it off quite regularly and still leaves the symbol in the info bar at the top of my android long after it's been closed.

    I hadn't had it on and no symbol, don't come on here being Mr rational when I've just had a woo experience!
