    I’m used to the three playoff games being a bit of a spectacle with teams going all out to get promoted. I can’t remember two games as turgid as these for a while, hopefully the Championship game will make up for it.

    So glad we went up automagically

    We now need to cheer Conor on tomorrow against Derby. I hope it's a good game worthy
    of being called a final. It would be really great to see our former skipper on Match of the Day
    on Saturday nights next season.

    I truly think he's the type of player that has the game to suit the Premiership JC.
    I believe Villa are thinking of selling their Bodymoor Heath Training complex to a housing
    developer.

    If that happens and they are also promoted , they would have quite an amount of cash available to
    strengthen the squad.It would be quite interesting to see who they might bring in and in what positions.
    I certainly believe, they will hang on to Conor, even if they initially use him as an impact sub.

    As we know only too well, his ability in a dead ball situation is outstanding, to the point that he's always
    capable of picking out a colleague from a corner , or bending one in himself from a free kick.

    If it doesn't work out for him, there's no doubt, he would have Championship suitors with the money to meet his
    financial demands clamouring to sign him.
