When I was a teenager I was forever getting told there were loads of pebbles on the beach, whenever I'd been dumped by my latest girlfriend. The same people also told me there were more fish in the sea, which was a bit further down the said beach.

Both statements really made me feel better. I completely forgot how sad I was when I heard about the pebbles and the fish.

I don't find fish particularly attractive, unless they're on my plate with chips or something. Pebbles can be quite nice though but only for platonic relationships.

I tend to avoid pebbles, as all the ones I've met have been stoned all the time. Fish is the way forward.
