    Spare a thought for the gingers of this world like me (well I would be ginger if it hadn't fallen out)

    Been for a shower after pottering in back garden, building a garden bench from some second hand wood I've (ahem) found and I've a headache from being in the sun (and yes I did wear a hat) - I did get mild sunstroke a few weeks ago- may have the same again............
