General query, anyone know what happens to the unspent parachute payments considering watford and norwich have gone straight back up?

Im sure in years gone the accumulated unawarded payments were split among other championship (maybe football league) clubs.

Im sure i read somewhere that the 2nd years money is around £35m with the 3rd years around £15m (although you only get a third year if you have been in the Premier League more than one season.

Basically is the £85m going to be shared among the EFL or will it stay in the PL (which probably seems a daft question really)..

Which if it is, does that mean it would be better for us (if we dont go up) if bournemouth go up?

I believe the Premier League changed the rules so that now they just keep any unused parachute money.
