    A genuine question, will Wigan get one? Or will they get a fine to "compensate" for the losses they were getting in the Championship since the losses they will get in League 1 will be lower?

    EFL do not have parachute payments,you get about 600k a year off telly money in league 1,instead of 6 million #ouch
