If Mr ‘money bags’ Smith only invested a tenner of his own money then he'd have invested more than these charlatans. I don't think we need to worry about our financial life support being cut off if they sell up.
The owners own the club. There is no financial jeopardy at the moment. There is no prospect of them walking away. They sold Nice, but that club was sold to the UK's richest man. It's only a guess, but I'd hazard that the prospect of a similar offer being made for BFC is a tad unlikely. Some fans will attend no matter what - it's their religion, it's what they enjoy, and to some extent it's their birthright. Others will respond differently to the way the club is being run. I would guess that the majority of the fans are in the first category, so there will be no mass walkout or non-renewal. That will only serve to further encourage the owners in their 'plan'. So what we've got now we will continue to have for the foreseeable future. It's up to everyone else to decide whether they lend their support to that project. But don't expect a change anytime soon!
