Why are they wearing white when we are at home? Looks more orange than red, like summat Holland would wear.
I think the home kit looks like a training top. I quite like this one but it should be indigo shorts or white shorts. Socks should be indigo with red rather than red with indigo.
Shows how much interest I have. I didn't even know England were playing till this thread. Is it an important game. Genuine question. I know it's the Nations league cos I've just looked.
I was expecting far worse when i tuned in! Looks like a throwback to the 1990 away shirt. What's so bad about it?
Played a lot better in that half than they did the other night against Italy. Pity Stones has had to go off, he was doing really well.
England kit (home) should be white and red. Nowt else. Never understood why scottish blue comes into it.
Apparently it’s purely down to the FA wanted to take the opportunity to promote it before the World Cup. At £74.99 they might want to try a little harder
We did go through that phase of plain white with a bit of red trim not so long ago, a bit like the England rugby teams wear. But I agree the navy blue seems out of place as it doesn't appear in the flag. And Im sick of seeing us wear red or whatever the away colour is, when we're playing at home/Wembley.
That was the still the away kit in the '66 Final, whether we won the game or not. I don't mind if its in a tournament though and we lose the coin toss. But I hate seeing us in the away kit at home in fixtures like this, when there's no reason for it.
