    Think there was enough on show there to show that if the right signings that we all know we need, ( and have known for no little time) had been made we would have been in a far better position now!

    you do realise that we were playing a side that was in the Premier league not long ago, and still a good amount of premier experienced players too.

    err I thought I was being positive, saying we had put on a good show but let down by owners not strengthening as they should have done

    I’ve come out of Oakwell more upbeat than almost every game this season. The heart and willingness to battle was there, but ultimately lacking that extra bit of quality needed against teams like that.

    Helik, Moon, Madds, Williams, Vita all made last ditch tackles to keep us in it. Can’t fault the effort.

    You’re absolutely right though. It shows what one or two tweaks to recruitment could have delivered, or even having Woodrow and Morris available.

    Quite like the pop and crisp party at the front. Especially the Chris Kamara moment where they didn’t know why Cahill was walking off.

    Thought we kept Bournemouth honest and we battled till the 93rd minute while clearly lacking the quality you need to win games at this level.
