Turkish Barbers are a reasonably modern phenomenum. Yet some describe themselves as "Traditional" or "Vintage". How old do things have to be to be properly described as such?

    Traditional in their sense.
A Turkish barber is a particular type of barber, who typically provides other services on top of traditional men's hairdressing, such as: A hot towel shave. Beard trimming. Nasal hair waxing. Singeing fine hair.

If it happened before you turned 40. :)

Everything after that is newfangled modern rubbish.

I think they've probably been cutting hair in Turkey for quite some time.
