    EVER!
    After beating Sweden.
    The same Sweden who beat France in the qualifiers.
    The same Sweden who beat Italy in the Play Offs.
    The same Sweden who finished top of their group. The same group where 2014 world champions Germany finished bottom.
    I wonder if Germany are envious of us? Or Brazil? Or Argentina? Or Portugal? Or Spain? Or Italy? Or Uruguay? Or the Netherlands?
    From a Happy Clapper Barnsley fan, enjoying being a Happy Clapper England fan, too.:D

    I was 9 years old last time we got to the semis and i'm absolutely buzzing. Can't believe how much negativity there is on this board this evening, you'd have thought we'd lost!

    We've done great and deserve to be where we are. Colombia and Sweden are no pushovers like some on here would like to believe. We've surpassed all expectations and anything else is a bonus!

    What is it they say ? You have to be in it to win it ? Well regardless of what folk say we are in the last four and have a chance.

    Will we win it ? not got a clue. But we have a better chance than brazil, spain, germany, argentina, Portugal...etc, etc

    I can just about remember 1966, I was 7. This is the first time since 1998 that I’ve really cared about England. No ‘golden generation’ no unrealistic expectations, no dentists chair and a manager who presents himself in a professional manner. The way the management team has interacted with the media and the fans has been outstanding.

    The players are millionaires, I know that but they have been presented as human who happen to be great footballers.

    I really hope they win it but if they don’t i will still be very proud of them
