    Thats a lot of people paid for a ticket and not shown up.
    Not that surprising as the game is on the box and travel is a bit tricky down here

    I do wonder though why they dont give a figure for how many are actually in the ground rather than how many have tickets.
    We are the same though - I get counted as being there every game even though I miss all midweek games and a few Saturday ones

    Financially makes sense - you declare what you’ve sold, not necessarily who actually turns up. That accounts for your ticket revenue and also sponsors.

    They’ll of course know who actually turned, as they’re are all scanned in.
