anyone else had trouble, put all details in and error message ,please re browse comes up, do it again ,same message ,2 hours later, new account made in desperation, we decide we cant go as all tickets to sit as a 3 in ponty gone, my wife checks her phone and we have bought 12 tickets, all money gone through, she is now throwing a wobbler about money as she didnt want me to go in first place, the online site needs an overhaul bigtime how can this happen , as anyone else done anything similar and did club pay the money back ?

yes ,it was the reason we were panicking the site was showing ponty nearly full, never known owt so complicated, press the reassign button ,the button that doesnt exist ,like finding rocking horse $hit ,whats point in say press a button that aint even on website
