    I got my ticket yesterday afternoon at the second attempt. The first "timed out" even though by my reckoning there was at least 5 minutes left after I'd made the payment.

    I’ve noticed that when you add it to your basket it says you have 30 minutes but as soon as you click to purchase the timer instantly drops down to 5 minutes and it’s a mad panic trying to get your payment and address details etc. entered and checked before it times out.

    It failed on me first time. However, I was only debited once because I didn't click on verify the first time.

    I hadn't noticed that, it explains what happened, I think there was 20-odd minutes remaining when I went into the payment where I had a credit card verification problem :(.
