    So much has happened since then, it seems incredible that it was only a year ago. How different things would be now if Styles hadn’t won the ball back and started that move, and whatever people say about Schmidt, without his cool finish then, the performance at Brentford would have been meaningless.

    I remember posting in the Match day thread;
    "Schmidt, Schmidt, are you serious? We need to win this game or we are relegated and you bring on Schmidt. "
    Thereby proving I know nothing about football. It was a hot day then too.
    That game finished Notts Forest,they never recovered and have been in free fall,despite what they say. It gave the players belief they could get a result at Brentford. For Barnsley FC,it has been a upward trajectory
