    I seem to remember us having Scott Hogan on trial here whilst he was playing for Stocksbridge Park Steels, back in the Summer of 2012. It caused a bit of consternation at the time amongst some posters that we were wasting our time looking at a player from so far down the footballing pyramid.

    I don't recall him playing for the first team. But my memory isn't the best these days.:)

    What he continues to achieve at Rochdale is nothing short of incredible.

    It doesn't really matter what he "achieves" at Rochdale though, does it? They will still never rise beyond the Third Division.

    He will never been well thought of by most Barnsley fans either.

    Aren't they 5th in that division? No reason to suggest they can't get promotion. Look at Burton last season for example.

    As for Keith, that was merely my opinion based on my own experiences. I can understand why many fans didn't care for him.
