    So what is actually new then? I don't get these announcements from the fa/EFL.

    It's always been the rules that players who crowd and harass refs are booked yet they are now claiming it's a new measure

    It's the same with the 'new' measures to stop time wasting such as only allowing physios to assess an injury on the pitch before they go off for treatment. A rule that's existed for decades...

    No way will any of it happen at Barnsley anyway. It just means we can get another fine when we don’t respond correctly.
