    Well worth watching, especially the Sport Scientist interview. He seems a dream appointment.

    I quite enjoyed the goalkeeper feature. Some very intense work there. Impressed with all of their agility, even the next lad down after our main two keepers.

    Like the different features.
    Good to listen to Matt Cook - sound experience and seems like he's going to be v demanding on the players. As JP said earlier looks like a dream appointment. Well done Mr.Conway. :D.
    Like others, I found myself looking around for various players and didn't spot either Conor C or Victor in the footage.

    Based on how sharp Clarke is looking I'd much rather see him start on the right of our attack come Cardiff away rather than Chappers or Frieser

    My issue with him in the past in that wing back role, was that he was often caught out defensively, and was very indecisive going forward. I don't think he's a full back, and I think he's too weak defensively to play wing back. If his decision making has improved, the right hand side of the front 3 might be the best place for him. From that brief clip, and the highlights of the Wednesday game, it certainly looks like he's improved going forward.
