    Good to see the club taking a stance like this but a thought occurred.

    Was this person prosecuted by Police?
    If not, is the ban temporary?
    If not and it’s a permanent ban how are they making/getting them attend a course ran by the club?

    Maybe the person is willing to engage.? All well and good banning a person but they probably will feel aggrieved and not see what they did wrong. Hope this course is an eye opener for them and they can pass what they've learned on to others that may be racist amongst their acquaintance.

    Brilliant way to go about it by the club. Giving him/her a chance to redeem himself and educate him about diversity is a brilliant way to go about things instead of just throwing away the keys and letting the person carry on doing it elsewhere.

    Genuine question how do the club enforce the education course like if they’re banned from the ground how does the club go about making them do it or is it a police matter?

    My only thought is that they offer a season ticket refund on completion of the course?

    Hope they don’t refund though. Teach a proper lesson.
