    .... should be back for the Birmingham match! Obviously there's a raft of things that could go tits up between now and the end of August, but I see light at the end of the tunnel.

    For sure, although as usual I'll be at the mercy of other people's schedules. My expert summariser Isla will definitely be with me. We went to a couple of games at the euros which she got well into, despite Helik not getting on the field - "Poland would NEVER have conceded three if Helik had been playing!" I haven't got the heart to tell her that much as we love Woodrow and Morris, they're probably not as good as Lewandowski. I'm hoping she won't notice.
