Absolutely mental. 70 million for a striker who struggles to strike. Scores a few goals but misses so many more. I do think he's a decent player and his link up play is good. But 70 million? And bayern Munich??
Think the same, sheer madness and desperation, clubs paying crazy amounts for average players is common place. The quality of players involved in the game now is generally lower IMO
At least Chelsea are trying to recoup there money. Man Utd bought Antony and hojlund for 80 million each now virtually giving them away.
