    i see the Championship clubs have just voted against a proposal for independent policing of spending to ensure spending rules are adhered too. Steve Gibson from Middlesbrough proposed for greater transparency after requesting various clubs including Wendies and Villa are investigated.

    Whilstever the EFL act like the Union of the rich clubs, the cheating and pathetic punishments will continue.

    They're scared stiff of a Premier League 2 breakaway.
