    Seriously though, should be by end of next week to give clubs 3 week to prepare

    Nothing officicial from the EFL but various sports Journalists have been led to understand sometime next week but with Friday 21st being the most likely date

    Isn't there still an appeal hearing to decide who is relegated from League 2? Might be that Championship and League 1&2 fixtures come out after that.

    Yep, the EFL are appealing that Macclesfield should have been given a stronger penalty for late payment to players. According to this article, the hearing is today: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/53570421
