    Hi BBSers...

I have a new monthly Sunday show on Pattern Radio, Lisbon. It focuses on Leeds music & stuff from around the globe. If anyone is interested in hearing my dulcet tones it's here to listen to on catch up at your leisure...

PS... Alex, who runs Pattern Radio now lives in Lisbon, but we had a record shop & mail order from the late 90's to 2006 in Grand Arcade Leeds & are best mates.

There are some good shows on there. This Sunday show is a bit more laid back in tone, as it's going out on a Sunday, but the music will change, depending on what is featured. The Skull Monday show is ace, done by some guys in Perth, Australia & is more guitar based. It's early days, but quite enjoyable & I'm featuring a lot of great underground / Leeds & Yorkshire based acts each month from all genres, including interviews.

LOL, that is due to my Mum, who home schooled me as a kid. I can do "tarn" though. Will do a bit on the next show, promise. My Dad's dad, Arthur Hepworth had the broadest Barnsley accent I've ever heard. He worked down the pit nearly all his life, but him & Doris moved to Blackpool in the 60's to be near my Mum & Dad, who had the Roker Hotel on the south shore. The money from that came from Dad's wrestling career, (Yes, was previously owned by Sunderland people and they thought it best for business to keep the name). Arthur worked on the bins for the last of his working years in Blackpool. Was a champion crown green bowler in his spare time. Sadly had a stroke on my wedding day in 1986 & never recovered. I got married in New Lodge BTW!!! It didn't last 5 years. Acid house kicked in & ruined it all.

Thanks. It will get better! Loving the diversion from running the agency, which I love & brings me my corn.

I've no idea TBH. I suspect not. It is an internet station. The URL of that is http://www.patternradio.net
