    The events of yesturday caught most people by suprise me included.I then remembered about 5/6 months ago somebody wrote on there twitter account that he /she had heard that James and Nareev were trying to do a takeover.I know thats not quite what has happened but pretty close for something reported months ago.

    I certainly wasn't in the know Bri. But made the conclusion from what was being posted a few months ago that a change was about to happen at board level, given the losses over the last 3 years. But In my case I envisaged a buyout of PMG's shares between the other 2. Pmg trying to cut down on those losses and bailing out at less than cost.

    I said at the time that Conway, Lee and Hung would probably be ousted off the board and be replaced by Mrs Cryne and someone called Key. Not far off !
    The top line investors would be involved in removing the owners due to failure and incompetence.
    How could I have known all this?
