Fulham put out a class side, with real quality on the bench. Underachieving this year. Massively. Can’t see a win, struggle to see a draw unless we get lucky or every player has the game of their life. Just don’t see it with Thiam, Bradshaw, Moncur and Gardner starting. And Yids will still be eyeing that January move he’s be resting himself for since he came back in.
Update A competitive first half with a serious lack of cutting edge up front. Special mention to Davies. I’ve questioned his form all season but he pulled out a top class save to keep it 0-0.
How much of a sitter was the Moncur miss? Sounded an absolute gift, wrapped up, and put on a plate by Thiam for him?
I wouldn't explain it like that. His body and angle it came at was difficult to convert. He could have yes but it was unlucky
Should have scored that to be honest. We've done alright. Bit of luck at either end could easily see this 1 nil to either team.
Pinnock has looked for the most part pretty solid. Thiam not had much in the way of chances and let a couple of passes astray. But seems the busier of the 2 upfront
What you think for subs? Listening it sounds like Moncur off for Hammill/Isgrove and Bradshaw off for (I guess due to no other options) Ugbo if we went for any. Also sounds like Yiadom is being destroyed on the left. Defensive change or just ride it out and hope he plays better in second half, baring in mind he’s on a booking and they sound to be running at him
Moncur hasn't looked bad if leave him on for now Yiadom not struggling but a yellow card is a question mark. If anything is probably swap Gardner (another yellow card) for bird. Hammill or isgrive on for Barnes. After 10 or 15 minutes pit the other on for moncur
