    French or English?

I like English on a hot dog, or a sarnie.

If I'm having some roast beef or summat I like the Dijon.

Dijon or Meaux ( French) with Steak, German with hotdogs or sausage sarnies, American with burgers and Horseradish with Roast beef!! I only use English mustard in cheese sauce or occasionally rubbing on roast beef rib prior to roasting.

Too right. Doesn't matter what the mustard goes on it always has to be that. No other mustard will do.

English. I like the idea of variety and pairing but in practice if I choose anything else I’m invariably disappointed.
