Agree how he’s still in the side week in week out I don’t know. Like playing with an additional midfielder for the other side the number of times he breaks up play/turns the play over.
Maybe...im a fan of thomas and he does drive the team forward with his pace but does lack an end product. He's just one of a number of players who havent performed anywhere near the standard required recently but due to the lack of options he continues to play regardless. He's the type of player that would have an absolute field day with our defence if he played against us cutting in from the wing, i feel like we arent ever going to see the best of him with this formation.
Must be easy to defend against. Just show him down the outside. Most one footed player I’ve ever seen. Should just play him on the left if we are going to persist with him. Doesn’t create much. Can’t take a man on down the right etc.
