    I thought he was playing quite strangely at first.. but it occurred to me that he was making himself available near the ball 90% of the time, and that often meant Joe Williams could get into space, concentrate on defending, marking, and (when the time came) attacking. He allowed Potts and Williams the freedom to release our wide attacking players. Good game!

    Of all the summer signings we made, McGeehan is the biggest for me. He's Hourihane's replacement and whilst I'm not for a 2nd suggesting he'll do the job of Hourihane, all the signs suggest he'll come good.

    Yep, I thought McGeehan was the key signing of the summer. That we retained our interest while he was injured, took a risk on his fitness and paid big money for him shows how highly PH etc rated him.
    Looking forward to him settling into the side.
