Manager needs to go straight into his own formation

    No time to ease into his philosophies now; he needs to start next game with 4-2-3-1 formation. 4-4-2 hasn't worked for us all season. If we go down he might as well do it his way.

    Bradshaw needs to be dropped, offers nothing. Get Moncur or Mallan in there with a licence to roam behind McBurnie.

    We are lucky that there is some crap around us in the table, too bad we are just as dire.
