    Back in the day before professional physio and the like,local amateur sportsman went to what we call bone manipulators or setters who were self educated in the dark arts. And I remember one in particular always put you a full cast on any leg,knee,ankle or foot injury to immobilise it and in most cases it worked. Plus the use of lead and opium to fetch out bruising which you can no longer get legally,I think.

    Any idea of when he may be fit?, I ain’t his biggest fan but if we don’t sign a new centre back before Saturday then I hope he his fit enough to return. We don’t look with both Earl and Shepherd (left peggers) together as centre halves.
