Is there a pub where Barnsley followers will meet up and watch the match? I know of an Aussie couple working in London who wouldn't mind watching the match with other Tarn fans. (they are good company, around 30yo)
Depends on the area. London being the size it is no ones going to putting up with over an hour on the tube to reach somewhere else
He means the "London Tykes" as an entity rather than Tykes who live in London. I thought they had their own branch of the supporters club and used to meet up in a nominated pub. Dont know what's happened to them since Covid.
Most of us will but I know of at least one who was let down by the ballot but I dont think there is a plan for a pub for Monday - Saturday is more likely
Confirms your Prejudices more like a London tyke is far more likely to be found in a Brewdog pub then any fancy Champagne bar.
Nobody in London for Monday's game unfortunately (or fortunately as almost all those who applied were drawn out). Different story for Saturday's second leg, obviously. Currently crunching the numbers to see whether it's tables inside or we need a table outside to make the most of the restrictions being lifted to 30 people.
nice..... see if you can include them in for saturday.. they are good to be around and are committed to the reds. much appreciated..
Could be a test run for the London Tykes Premier League Booze Express next season. They might run a mile!
