    Wonder if they regret the stoke move to warm the bench. Davies cant get a look in even though butland has had a poor season and lindsay cant get in a defence that concedes for fun.

    There are rumours up here that Stoke are after David Marshall as well so Davies might not get a look in next season either.

    Not sure I agree both young especially lindsay it's not kicking their careers on they are just stagnating.

    Lindsay has been injured to be fair. I think today is his first inclusion in the squad and the first time he's been fit again.

    Expect to see him back in the side next game after that rout.

    I just meant all season I know he has been in and out of the squad but never really nailed a place under either managers

    Probably started 90% of the games when fit I think. Could be wrong though

    Don't think he played that much early on did he? He did have a spell where the fans were saying how crap he was ( was that before O'Neil?).and then a slightly better time

    Lindsay was never championship standard. Moves at a snails pace and always relies on shirt pulling when someone goes past him.

    Pinnock made him look good in league 1.

    Pinnock was always the better of the two but lindsay is a couple year younger than pinnock and I expected them both to kick on after they left. I'd still have lindsay over any of our defenders except maybe solbauer.
